Q: Do you ship internationally

We currently only ship to the US, however, we are getting everything in place for worldwide shipment very soon.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As our garments are made-to-order, the time varies. However, our team gets to work as soon as an order is received and shipped to you as soon as it is done. 

As we approach the holiday season, it may take just a little bit longer due to the volume of orders, however, no order should take longer than 3 weeks from production to delivery. We appreciate your patience at this time and we can guarantee that it is worth the wait.

Q: What is your return, refund and exchange policy?

We understand the importance of the right fit and feel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the order. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

We may ask for visual proof to support your claim. If we deem that the item has been used (different to try ons), then we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this.

Q: How do I know which size to order?

Our sizing guide can be found on each product page. We recommend reviewing the measurements carefully to select the best fit. Most of our products are oversized so it really depends on how you want it to look and feel. Remember, our pieces are designed to empower and embrace the wearer's unique silhouette!

Q: Is your clothing sustainably produced?

Void Collective acknowledges the importance of sustainable fashion, therefore we only work on a made-on-demand basis to ensure that there is no overproduction of products. 

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our website's tracking section to monitor your order's journey.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure prompt production and delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order!

Q: How should I care for my Void Collective clothing?

To maintain the depth and integrity of the black, we recommend hand washing your products as it is the best way to make sure the black doesn't fade and also avoid potential damage to the product. However, if handwashing is not possible, please wash in the washing machine with like colors in a cycle with a maximum of 86 degrees F / 30 degrees C washing cycle.
